Here's a very basic Alexa routine in which person detection triggers a light to come on. Once you've turned on Home Monitoring, in addition to appearing in the places you'd expect, like under Echo & Alexa, your Alexa device will now appear in the Devices submenu of the Alexa app under Cameras (that's also where you'll find the live video feed, FYI).
